Nandi awards presentation for years 2005 and 2006

Nandi awards will be presented annually by Andhrapradesh state government for Telugu cinema. For years 2005 and 2006 Nandi awards were presented at Lalbahdur stadium, Hyderabad.
Andhrapradesh Chief Minister Dr Y.s.Rajasekhar Reddy attend the Nandi awards function. ANR, Nagarjuna, Mohanbabu, Prince Mahesh, super star Krishna, Navadeep, Tamil actor Ambarish and some other film personalities were attended the Nandi award function. Chiru, Balakrishna, Venkatesh, Jr NTR were not present in this occasion.

Nagarjuna was awarded best actor for his excellent performance in his film "Sri Ramadasu". Prince Mahesh babu was awarded best actor for his excellent performance for his movie "Athadu". Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YSR said the state government would extend all help for Telugu cinema industry. Super star Krishna who received NTR film award for year 2003 said the congress government responsible for shifting of the Telugu film industry from Chennai to Hyderabad.
